How do I purchase products?
Simply browse our online catalogue of products and if you wish to add a product to your basket click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button located beneath the product image. When you have finished shopping click on the ‘View Cart’ link on the top right of the screen to view the items in your basket and proceed to the purchasing page. What payment options do you offer?
We provide three payment options:

  1. Credit Card
    We accept Visa Card and Mastercard.

  2. Bank Transfer
    Please use the following bank account details to transfer your total order value. Please quote your invoice number as reference.

How do I quickly purchase products using item numbers from the Catalogue?
Our catalogue quick order tool located on the top right hand side of the page makes ordering fast and easy. Simply type in the product code (eg. T46305) of the item you wish to purchase and it's automatically added it to your shopping basket... it's that easy!
Can you invoice my school?
We can invoice your school, kindergarten or organisation. Please provide your own reference number and a contact person’s name.

If ordering online simply place your order then select the "Pay on Invoice" option on the ‘Payment Information’ page. You will also have the option to include your own reference number if applicable. Your order will be delivered to you along with an invoice which is payable within 30 days.

Please note orders will only be sent to the school/organisation’s official address. Please do not enter your personal address.

What are your delivery times and charges?
Orders received by 2pm are processed and sent the same working day.

If your order doesn't arrive within 5 days please contact us so we can follow up and get your goods to you as soon as possible.

Because we want to keep your delivery charge to a minimum, our rates vary accordingly. As a guide, our delivery charges are (exc. GST):


FREE Freight for Orders Over $199 + GST

Freight is FREE to mainland New Zealand addresses including rural addresses. Promotional value excludes GST. Valid until 31 December 2021.


Orders Under $199+ GST

PBT Couriers (Tracked) $5 + GST
Additional Rural Delivery charge If applicable $5 + GST


Waiheke, Stewart and Great Barrier Island.

Orders to the islands are sent via NZ Parcel Post and cost $40 + GST

How do I track my order?
If you order has been sent by courier you are able to track it. Please log in and go to 'My Account' then click 'View Order' of the order you wish to track. The tracking information is located under 'Shipping Method'.
Do you deliver to countries outside New Zealand?
At this time we are unable to deliver to countries outside of New Zealand.
I ordered products from you 5 days ago and they haven’t arrived. Where are they?
Orders received by 2pm are processed and sent the same day. If your order doesn't arrive within 5 days please contact us so we can follow up and get your goods to you as soon as possible.

I have an account but I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
If you've forgotten your password please click here and enter your e-mail address and we'll send you an e-mail message containing your new password.
How do I update my Account Details?
Please click on 'My Account' under the 'User Access' title at the top of the page. There you can edit your addresses, change your password, view recent orders and subscribe to our newsletter.
How do I return a product?
We want to make sure that you’re happy with your items, so we will gladly exchange, give an online store credit or refund your item(s) if you change your mind within 30 days of delivery.

In the event that you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will arrange collection of your order and happily exchange the product or offer a full refund.

Back Orders?
All products currently shown on the website are in stock. From time to time we will withdraw a product which has been discontinued, or temporarily withdraw a product while waiting for replacement stock to arrive. If you cannot find a product please contact us and we will provide a status update.
